Summer bookings for 2023-24
Summer Lodge rates apply for all stays outside of formal ski season, normally October to May. Winter Lodge Rates apply during the formal Ski season. The Summer Lodge rates apply for casual and vacational stays, people attending Work Parties do not pay these rates.
The 2023-24 Summer Lodge rates are as follows. Please note these rates are per day rates and are inclusive of GST.

As a reminder, Summer Lodge Rates only cover accommodation and whatever dry food might be in the food store. Guests are expected to bring all other food including perishables like milk, meat, fruit, vegetables, etc.
All Summer Bookings should be made directly to the Booking Officer. The Booking Officer will also provide a copy of the instructions to open and shutdown the Lodge as it is most likely during summer that the Lodge will be unoccupied when you arrive and for a period of time after you leave. |

Following the tragedy at Mt. Buller, the Club wishes to remind all members and guests to be vigilant with your children and to be very aware of the potential dangers of falling snow from rooftops. Especially around the front of the Lodge. To minimise risk to members and guests, if returning from Big D, all members and guests are requested to ski between the Lodge and Aardvark's Lodge and come around to enter the Lodge from the spa side. Click "Read more.." below to see the new map (from the recent newsletter) and a photo of the new ski room entry door. The wire fence along the edge is to ensure all members and guests some down the correct, southern side of the Lodge, not the northern side.
